bredon christmas 14

Pixie Acre is really excited to be joining Bredon School  for their Christmas Fayre on Friday 5th December.  This event at the school my nephew attends, is being held in Pull Court in this impressively imposing building, is unlike any other I have been to.   At most School Fairs you would expect to find Bric a Brac stalls, tombolas and raffles.  Well Bredon School take their Christmas Fayre one step further.  I am really impressed with the huge variety of stalls selling everything from educational toys to food, drink and crafts, to art, books and cards.  In the courtyard there will be an ice rink for the children (and grown ups!) to enjoy and the opportunity to meet Father Christmas in his grotto.  The Christmas Cafe will be open from 2pm, selling hot drinks, squash and mulled apple juice, as well as festive biscuits and mince pies and other Christmas food treats.  You can take a look at what will be available to buy at the event by visiting the Christmas Fayre pages of the Brendon School website to view the catalogue.  This is a really comprehensive catalogue of the stalls and activities. There are some great ideas and lots of thoughtful preparation gone into this event.  Children of the school have been involved in the planning for the Faye since September when they picked apples from local gardens and orchards to make Apple Juice which will be on sale on the day. Pixie Acre will be displaying products its Silver Tag and Charlie Bears ranges including new jungle animals, Linus the lion and Korky the Koala Bear, plus a wide variety of dolls from Kids n Cats featuring their latest release ‘Miu’,

Maru and Friends and the newest addition to the Girl for All Time range ‘Lydia’.  Visitor to the fayre will be able to buy on the day, we can take most major credit and debit cards , or if they prefer, they can browse our online store, order their favourite gifts and have their order delivered to the Bredon Christmas Faye by simply selecting the ‘deliver to Bredon’ option when they are checking out.
